I am offering the following for a vote:
To change article I section 2 of our Constitution to read as follows:
"1. The Constitution and Bill of Rights may only be changed via constitutional amendment in the form of 65% Assembly approval in a vote lasting seven days. "
I, of course, vote aye.
"1. The Constitution and Bill of Rights may only be changed via constitutional amendment in the form of 75% Assembly approval in a vote lasting seven days. "
I would like to lower the percent above to 3/5 or if that isn't approved to 2/3.
3/4 is way too high and it makes reasonable changes to...
I am not sure which boards I am banned from posting in, but it is very difficult to create threads on certain topics (like elections, the laws of TNP, voting etc) if I don't know what the appropriate forum is for non Assembly members.
What if all the five delegates from the Five Pacific Regions got together and started one giant (nonfeeder) region?
It could be huge, perhaps 5,000 - 10,000 members.
Why, or why not?
